Contest Rules

General rules: Employees of Live ‘Ukulele, its affiliated companies, contest sponsors, their agencies and immediate families are not eligible. No purchase is necessary. One entry per action as detailed on individual contest page. Live ‘Ukulele reserves the right to eliminate any entries that disregard these rules. Live ‘Ukulele is not responsible for problems with email/comment transmission. Contest deadlines are based on Hawai’i Standard Time, and no late entries will be accepted. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Judges’ decisions are final. Live ‘Ukulele reserves the right to announce entrant’s names.

Duration: Entries will be accepted from the time post is published until midnight March 10, 2012, Hawaii Standard Time.

Judging: Winner to be drawn randomly by Live ‘Ukulele. Each entry has an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be contacted no later than March 17, 2012, Hawaii Standard Time.

Shipping: Contest open only to residents of the United States. Live ‘Ukulele is not responsible for loss or damage incurred by the USPS.
