    This is pretty cool. I was playing around with it last night. It is hard to hear in the video but there is a significate difference when I do it on my own uke.

    With my guitar, I also do something similar that modulates all ringing strings pitch. I slightly pull/push the neck forward and back to change the pressure. Was told by a luthier one time that I shouldn’t – that I would eventually break off the neck, but I’ve been doing it over 20 yrs and the neck hasn’t snapped yet. And it adds another dynamic to play with, along with string bending, palm muting, arm wah, etc. Anybody do this on a ukulele?

      It’s harder to do on ‘ukulele because there isn’t as much leverage to work with, but it can be done. The bummer is that you really have to push to make any significant drop in pitch. It’s scary on ‘ukulele!
