    Hey Hippie Guy,

    Good work on publishing the scales! However, even with low G tuning, the A note should be notated up an octave in order to be correct in the standard notation… This probably doesn’t matter to most….

    You are correct! I think. This has been a mystery to me for a while. Is the C string tuned to middle C or is it an octave higher? I seem to think of it as middle C. Ether way I like to avoid the mass of ledger lines that the octave would present. I could always do 8va, but that is an eyesore. Thanks for pointing that out, it is something that should be noted. I need to run down to my piano and compare notes…
