Hilo boy Kris Fuchigami played a variety of Jake/Pure Heart songs, a couple originals, and a nice arrangement of Journey’s “Open Arms”.

The crowd wasn’t as big as in previous years, but it was any okay turnout nonetheless.

What a wonderful way to encourage potential uke players! After the festival I came home and bought one myself! I only wish there was a way to become even remotely close to the ability of Kris Fuchigami. WOW! Thank you.
