I’m having a blast working my way through these songs. Bravo at laying these out in an approachable way with something for everyone, Brad! That’s not easy to do…
Thank you, Mark! Just keep pickin’ away at it. Haha, sorry for the bad dad joke.
I recently realized there is no “there” to get to… once you get “there,” there will be another “there” just past it. Just enjoy all the little stops on the journey…

I’m nowhere near Smitty’s level. This advanced version is going to take me a lot of time to master. But I like working out the simple melody of this song. I’ll be returning to this lesson often.

This advanced style of solo arranging, in general, takes a lot of time to master. The more songs you try to play in a simple way, the easier it is to add more and more advanced moments in the next song. Just keep on keeping on!

Ah, now I see what Kimo Hussey was trying to explain to me years ago. I didn’t get it then. The coordination is a challenge for me, but this song is the perfect one to work on this technique.

These things take time. Whenever you revisit a subject you’ll find something you didn’t notice before. I do that all the time!
