1. Is there a reason to use the fret and finger number?
I find it easier to use note name and finger number.
2. Using the other strings are we using the same fingering not the
actual scale note?
“Ukulele Fretboard Atlas” by Joe Charupakorn is an excellent
resource for scales. Each scale has their own fretboard.
Also sections on chords. Does not show fingering. 157 pages
